Mniej niż 5 gwiazdek byłoby niesprawiedliwe. Dobry samochód, atrakcyjna cena, rewelacyjna obsługa. Chyba nie może być lepiej. Jeśli będę miał okazję, na pewno wrócę do Fetajo Rent a Car

Tanto el coche que me ofrecieron (Skoda Scala) ,cómo la atención,el servicio y el precio de 10. Una auténtica pasada esta empresa. Me ha encantado la experiencia. La recomiendo.

Honest and transparent rental company at reasonable prices. Car had 67,000km and was good but had a worn transmission.
On arrival at 10pm due to a delayed flight , we could not find the Fetajo rep. After waiting for 15 mins, we took a taxi to our local hotel and during the journey the rep rang to say they had been busy and that they would bring the car to us at the roadside. Thus, we picked the car up 4 km from the airport in a residential area. The advice that I give to Fetago is to send an automated text reminder to every customer giving them them the 24hr number in case of difficulty- this number is hidden away in emails and web pages and not easy to find when you first land at the airport. Or store it on your phone before taking the plane.

First of all, I must say that I have never left a positive review for a rental car company before, because usually it’s quite an expensive and stressful process!

However, I am very happy to leave a shining five star review for this company – the whole process from start to finish was super easy, the staff that I dealt with beforehand were unfailingly friendly and helpful, and the chap who collected us from the arrivals hall at the airport and took us to our car was fantastic. The drop off process was probably the easiest I have ever experienced – you get a QR code that leads you to an extremely accurate map, and then you just leave it parked and text them to come and collect it after you’ve left.

I have literally nothing negative to say about them at all – the car itself was in good condition and well presented, the price was excellent, and even the price of the extra “all bells and whistles” insurance was extremely reasonable.

I would absolutely recommend this company over any others that I have used in over 25 years of visiting Spain and probably using all the available car hire companies over the years…!

They absolutely deserve ALL the stars, and I will book again next time 🙂

No pude realizar el alquiler del vehiculo. Te obligan a registrarte con usuario/contraseña, una vez registrado aparecía error (lo realizamos 3 personas distintas) siendo imposible finalizar la reserva . Dias despues consigo contactar con la compañía via telefonica y me dicen que solo se puede hacer reservas online con 48 horas de antelación y que llevan una semana sin vehiculos disponibles. En la aplicación aparecían vehiculos disponibles 4 dias antes.

Recommended this company to hire a car , normally I use the large hire companies but on this occasion I chose Fetajo and I was not disappointed. My dialogue with Michelle prior to hiring was helpful and professional, her colleague met me at the airport on time.Excellent Hire thank you all.

Très bonne expérience avec l'équipe Fetajo!
Ils nous ont attendus à l'aéroport malgré le retard de notre vol. A 1h35 du matin ils nous ont accueillis avec gentillesse pour nous remettre la voiture.
La petite Seat que nous avions louée était en excellent état, un modèle très récent.
Le tarif est abordable, pas de caution ni d'autres frais cachés, la prise en charge et la restitution du véhicule sont très simples, et la communication par whatsapp facile et rapide.
Nous recommandons vivement Fetajo Rentacar!

Para mi una de las mejores empresas de Rent a car, es una empresa famiiar son amables, al llegar al aeropuerto había una persona esperándonos con las llaves y los documentos y a la hora de entregar los coches muy fácil y rápido este año volveré a contratar con ellos otra vez.
