THIS COMPANY ARE INCREDIBLE. After the travel experience from hell this company really restored my faith in mankind! 2 days late collecting our hire car, the gentleman couldn’t of been anymore understanding and helpful despite waiting for us at arrivals (TWICE, late at night) only for us to not arrive. They stayed in touch, offered reassurance and even gave us vouchers for the days we missed. I had a similar experience with a different company a few years back and they done nothing to help, not allowing me to take the car and offered no refund. I was so pleasantly surprised at how this was dealt with. Car was absolutely immaculate and the meet and greet / drop off service is really easy and stress free. HUGE shout out to this team, I wish I remembered the gents name. Thank you so much guys❤️

Sehr nett

It was a great experience. The company is very cooperative and professional in dealing. They contacted me to upgrade my car, ideally of course we rented two cars. But I hope to improve the following points. In the parking lot for returning the car, I hope there is a designated place to park the car and not just look for a place because the place is crowded and time is limited to search and find a place. Also, put a clear and signed address next to the explanation of where the car will be returned

Ottimo servizio e condizioni affidabili e professionali ho consegnato auto oggi tutto perfetto

Super recomendables. Los mejores. Sin dudas.

The best rent a car ever. Booked it last minute, come to airport at 00:10 a kind guy waited for us. Car was parked in the front of airport entrance, didn’t have to walk 5 km like usual to get a car. We drove back car on the same place without any other meeting or discussion. Great job

We have used other car hire companies before without any issue but now with 2 young boys, the thought of having to then find a car hire transfer bus from the airport to their off site location did put me off, potentially queueing again after lots of travelling already. I then came across Fetajo with great, all inclusive, competitive and comparable pricing. We arrived at Malaga airport, walked into the arrivals hall after collecting bags and going through passport control, looking for the bright green polo shirts and Fetajo board. Easy to spot amongst the masses of other people with boards. Our name was checked on their list and we were taken directly to our car, only a 3 mins walk, they even insisted on pushing our luggage trolley! I paid the CDW waiver upfront as I thought it saved any stress in case of any damage during our trip, especially if it was not our fault. There were a few scrapes on the car but only very minor but this wasn't an issue as I had taken out the CDW so didn't need to go around the car pointing everything out as we were covered anyway. We hired a Toyota Corolla estate which is exactly what we got, enough room for all out cases and the child booster seats were there ready as well. Half a tank of fuel in there and just had to return the same. I do prefer full to full but this certainly wasn't a deal breaker. The car was a self charging hybrid so really economical anyway and a pleasure to drive. No issues throughout the week we had the car but there was a 24/7 recovery number in the car if we did have any issues. Return was super easy too. We just dropped it off at the express parking at the airport which was easy to find, left the key as instructed and walked into the terminal! I can definitely recommend Fetajo as it was easy, stress free and staff were really friendly. Will use again and definitely recommend if you want to pick up and drop off at the airport with no queues and no hassle. Thank you!

The best car hire service I have ever used.
What impressed me:
To be met at airport arrivals by two friendly and helpful gentlemen from Fetajo and taken straight to the car on site. No queuing at a counter or shuttle bus off site!
A brand new car
Helpful prompt WhatsApp replies from any of my queries.
A simple process for returning the car with no waiting around!
A great price!

The staff are amazing.
Very helpful.and kind.
Great vehicles in good condition
