Finally a pleasent experience with a car rental company without any tricks. Very good prices compared to the others around! And a shout out to the woman who helped us…superfriendly!!
Ottima esperienza, confermo quanto di buono c'è già scritto. Ritiro auto comodissimo, senza attese o navette, ti vengono a prendere direttamente agli arrivi.
Fantastic experience overall. Paco was brilliant. Gave us a clean new car. Highly recomend.
If you choose another car rental place you're an idiot.
This is THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE.
Firstly, I texted them several times before arriving, about the plane being late, car seats, and more random questions.
They always answered FAST and clearly.
Javi met us inside the terminal, CARRIED MY BABY to the car with me and my luggage, and helped me get on our way.
The car was BRAND NEW (TRoc)
I had to extend the car for 3 weeks; texted them; and it was done.
Again perfect customer service.
DO NOT LOOK ELSEWHERE JUST GO WITH THEM.
Trust me.
For a short trip to Malaga and Gibraltar we were looking for a rental . Usually I book cars that are in the terminal from the big brands . I was reading reviews before the flight and was horrified – terrible reviews about all of them , including scams , huge deposits , overcharging for anything and useless customer service . So I decided to look outside the airport for companies that provide shuttle service .
I found fetajo . The google reviews were fantastic and I see why ! Great team with great service, even before the rental in WhatsApp (I had a problem with paying with me card and were super friendly and helpful). A very nice guy (sorry forgot the name) was waiting for for us at the arrival hall (was easy to spot) and showed us to our car which was new , clean and exactly as ordered . The return was super easy at the general parking at the airport . Price was very competitive and reasonable!
No deposits , no scams , all
Was hassle free and convenient.
There is a reason so many customers gave them 5 stars (such as myself). Fetajo is a safe worry free rental at Malaga airport ! Look no further !
Thank you 🙏
We were really happy with the good service and the car too! Our Skoda was new and served our family very well both on the cities and autopistas.
Absolutely no-noncence and straight forward car rental: no "small print", no hidden charges, no extra "insurances"! And you get the car you paid for – well maintaned and clean! We rented from their Fuengirola office and manager Christina was lovely and very helpful with advice. Brilliant service from the car collection till the drop off! I wish all car rentals were like Fetajo!
I have been renting cars all over the world and never came accros such brilliant, affordable, kind and efficient car rental agency. I have been coming to Malaga for 3 years now, and have always rented cars from them. The cars are practically new and clean. The service is impeccable. Anabel arranged a last minute rental on a Friday at 5pm. When we arrived on a Saturday morning, the car was delivered to us in front of the exit of the airport, clean with a full tank. Hassle – free, no surprises! Drop off equally easy. No airport office, you get off the plane, give your cc and 15’ later, you are off with your car. Cannot recommend them enough!! 10 stars! 🌟
Friendly efficient flexible reliable
Everything works 100% w/ Fetajo, threfore I only use them when in the Costa del Sol area.
The best car hire by far!! Great prices, amazingly efficient customer services!
