Newer car with full insurance at a very reasonable price. I would definitely rent with them again.
The only issue I had was communication. My flight was delayed getting in (and my luggage was lost), so after a several hour delay, the representative from the agency was not able to meet us at the airport. When I called the phone #, no one answered. After trying several more times, my wife and I decided to try and walk to their location…..it is just off the airport grounds, but the roads make it difficult to get to. On the way there, I got a call from the agency. After a few minutes we got the situation taken care of and started our vacation.
After dropping the car off at the airport at the end of the rental no one sent notification that they received the car
I had a negative and disappointing experience renting a car through Fetajo.
I reserved the car a month before the rental date and paid for it on the website. I booked a car in my dad's name and entered all the driver details when booking. A booking confirmation was immediately sent to my email.
I planned to get the car from the pick-up point near the airport early in the morning. The day before, at 5 pm, I received an email that Fetajo could not give me a car, arguing that Ukrainian driver's licenses are not international. It surprised and outraged me. I sent a request to get clarification on this issue of why the information about the driving license could not be checked within a month. In response, I was informed that it was just a rule of their company, and within a month, they were busy. My dad is a truck driver and drives all over Europe, including Spain. The Ukrainian driver's license has an English translation and is recognized throughout the European Union.
Fetajo didn't propose any alternatives to renting the car; they gave me less than a day's notice.
Fortunately, another company provided me with a car. They did not have any complaints about the Ukrainian driving license.
So my plans for the day were ruined, and I spent a lot of nerve trying to solve this problem. The only plus of Fetajo is that they returned my money.
Great place, very nice people, the whole process without any trouble. We are delighted and we highly recommend!
Great company, I dealt with Annabelle who was very friendly and helpful. She arranged a very nice and almost brand new car for me for 4 days, fully insured at a very reasonable price! I would highly recommend this company!!!
the best car rental company, the car in very good condition and the one ordered on site, I paid full insurance and I am satisfied, the gentleman returned the keys to me at the Malaga airport car park as it was was planned, it's nice, the instructions were clear, I returned it to the same place without any problem without additional billing, no deposit, only what I paid on site when booking. 5/5 for fetajo surely I recommend it to everyone, see you next time
Anabel very helpful and delighted with service.
Top top top
Simples car rental experience ever-all paperwork done online and fee min after. You meet the representatives you drive out. Cars are new and in great shape. Would 100% recommend and repeat!
Prima auto gehuurd voor 5 dagen. Alles volgens afspraak.
