Inmejorable servicio!
Absolute rude and horrible customer service when picking the car up from mijas office. The receptionist had no manners when talking to us when we were trying to explain why we couldn’t pick the car up on the day of our flight there as it was delayed and office was closed. Receptionist then kept saying she called my phone multiple times when she didn’t and when we tried proving it by showing call log list she completely ignored it.
The best car rental company of my life. They are honest, friendly, fast and cheap. Due to my problems I left the car before the deadline and they didn't charge me any cost even if the car was not with a full tank. I love this company and his wonderful staff. Thanks for all
A very responsive and pleasant service. I have been renting cars at Malaga airport for over 30 years. January 2023 was the first time with Fetajo. It was probably the best experience. Thank you.
Polite profesional team, all perfect, +AAA recommended. Anabel is a keeper
