Fantastic car hire company. No hidden extras like all the other rip off car hire bandits. Felix, Tania as well as their staff are very professional and helpful to accommodate your booking, even at the last minute. Airport meet and greet a breeze. Prices are very good as well as their fleet
Would highly recommend Fetajo car hire.
A1 SERVICE
Professional car renting. Nice and efficient staff. Cars in very good conditions. Easy car return any time.
Trato genial.
Nice people and they are very cooperative
Helpful and easy to use
From making the reservation to the completion of my rental, the entire fetajo rent a car staff was extremely gracious & helpful. Every employee (& I mean every employee) was enthusiastic and eager to assist me with ALL of my various questions about my car hire malaga airport. I Highly recommend this downtown location!
Very disappointed, users beware! Recently hired two cars from them for a week. We paid by credit card as per usual but they charged us twice! We emailed them asking them for a refund of the overcharged amount and they didn't believe us. We gave them all details etc. but it took weeks and lots of emails before they grudgingly gave us a refund. Even then it cost us money. We paid on credit card but they said they couldn't refund to the card, only by bank transfer to our current a/c. Eventually we got the refund, but a combination of rate of exchange and our banks commission charges we were eventually £10 out of pocket. Totally not our fault yet we ended up paying for their stupid mistakes! Be very careful with this company, and check your statement ASAP.
I am shocked by what a consistently amazing experience it dealing with the people that work for Fetajo rent a car. I have rented recently from their car Hire malaga airport locations and the people that work that make the experience downright positive.
