Until 28 September you can enjoy the works of Henry Moore at the Jorge Rando Museum in Malaga city. He is considered to be the most important British artist of the 20th century and is one of the reference points for modern sculpture. The works of this great artist arrive in Malaga after having toured great museums, such as the MOMA in New York, the Hepworth Wakefield in Yorkshire and the TATE Gallery in London. Moore’s work is principally linked to abstract expressionism.
Pablo Picasso Exhibition
Lastly, we want to emphasise “Le Chants des morts” by Picasso and Kooza, from the Cirque du Soleil. “Le Chants des morts” will be in Malaga until 13 October. This exhibition displays the illustrations created by Pablo Picasso to illustrate “Le Chants des morts”, by Pierre Reverdy in relation to other old and contemporary works to be found within the traditional concept of the vanitas.
