There owner is very rude they let you come to a close door

Very rude people don’t recommend the company very bad service very bad they treat clients very bad it’s the worst company to deal with

Tutto come da descrizione, nessuna sorpresa, trasparenti e molto pratici, il loro incaricato era ad attenderci nella hall degli arrivi, consegna auto a quattro passi, veloce, pratico, lo stesso per la riconsegna, il miglior servizio di noleggio auto trovato fino ad ora. Lo consiglio in base a questa esperienza.

I have been renting from Fetajo for many years now and have found them the best car hire company in the costas, yes they may sometimes be a little dearer than some others but the service and piece of mind of knowing there are no hidden charges take the fear away of unexpected charges at the end. It means your holiday is worry free. Can’t recommended them highly enough

Service de location de véhicules irréprochable. Tout est top. On vous attend à la sortie de l’aéroport. La personne est visible Les véhicules sont propres. Et la procédure pour rendre le véhicule et très facile. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Tengo una segunda vivienda y siempre que venimos alquilamos el coche con la empresa. Los coches nunca me han dado ni un problema. Ellos muy amables, siempre disponibles y te dan facilidades. Recomiendo 100%.

Thank you for the great service you provide. We rented a Fiat 500 from you and it was the perfect car for all of our trips around the area. We booked our car online, it was easy to do it. The car was clean, spotless and smelled fresh when we picked it up. The staff is very friendly and the whole pick-up process was quick and easy.
We returned the car to the same location where we picked it up, right next to the airport. I believe we were greeted by the owner, very polite man. He asked us where we were going. We told him we are going to the airport, he simply asked us to wait and he told us that one of his employees will drive us there. It was such a thoughtful gesture and we were genuinely pleasantly surprised.

Perfect experience! The guy waited for us at the airport exit and was very easy to spot because he was wearing a green t-shirt with the Fetajo logo. He walked us to the car we had rented, a Citroën C3, and was super kind in explaining how to exit the airport parking lot and where we would need to return it. In addition to the verbal explanations, he gave us a sheet with very detailed instructions in English, complete with photos to help us follow the route back to the parking lot. When he noticed I was taking pictures of some light scratches, he immediately stopped and reassured me, telling me not to worry because everything was already covered by the rental agreement. Highly recommended!

Excelente agencia de alquiler de coches, tiene buenos coches a precios razonables, con el seguro incluido y sin sorpresas, y lo mejor su servicio personalizado, estupendo el poder recoger el coche sin colas.

I hire cars at Málaga 5 times per year and these are the easiest check out and return policy ever. Returned with same fuel to an empty space on the general car park and just messaged them where the car was. No hassle. They don't have any large boot cars (I need to carry 4 suitcases sometimes ) otherwise I'd use them always. Bravo, Fetajo !
