Have used previously with no problems at all, hense why we used again. But my recent hire was not good at all.
We were left waiting in the car park for over 45 minutes as the Fetajo agent said our car wasnt available and then it needed to be valleted. When it finally arrived the car mats were covered in water and seats were damp.
Have sent email to Fetajo but no response as yet 2 days later.
Always brilliant service, excellent cars, we always use Fetajo when visiting Malaga. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Extremely reasonable prices and no hidden costs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for car hire. As a travel agent we regularly looking and reviewing travel portions for our customers. And Fetajo are on the list! Well done, keep up the amazing service 🤗
ELISA Y NADIN son super agradables , muy satisfecho con el servicio !
Great experience. I definitely recommend Fetajo. A truly fair car rental company. After reading reviews of other rental companies and their practices bordering on scam, I'm glad I chose Fetajo. The handover was super fast, returning it early in the morning (4 a.m.) was no problem either. The car was in 100% condition without any problems. If we go to Malaga again, it will only be Fetajo. Keep up good work! Thank you.
What a fantastic journey with Fetajo!
A friend originally recommended Fetajo to me back in 2023. It was the best recommendation I could have had as I went from renting with them for a few months at a time via their rental fleet, to moving on to their long term “subscription” rental cars. I drove a number of different cars with them, until I had a particular subscription car that I’d driven for about 15months with them, without any problems at all. Therefore the next, best step I thought was to go ahead and buy it from them, as the car had given me zero problems, so I bought it in October 2025! I’m over the moon with my car purchase and highly recommend them for all your car hire needs. All their staff and owners give 100% and fantastic customer service and satisfaction! Bravo Fetajo and thank you so much. I highly recommend them!
This is our 2nd time to use their service. Very reliable and good cars. We will definitely use their service next time we visit Andalusia.
Mi experiencia ha sido negativa. Tienen mala atención al cliente, no cogen teléfono y vía whatsapp y email, contestan pero tarde y mal. Tres días para solucionar un registro. Finalmente cogí el coche con otra empresa más ágil.
While searching for a car rental service with good reviews, I stumbled upon Fetajo Car Rental. Impressed by the glowing customer feedback and competitive pricing, I decided to book a Ford Focus category vehicle for a 4-day road trip through Andalusia.
The pickup process was seamless and stress-free. I was assigned a Seat Leon, which came with Android Auto as a complimentary bonus. The car was immaculate — not a scratch, scuff, or blemish in sight.
One minor note: the contract wasn't entirely clear on the return process, and I forgot to ask the gentleman who handed over the keys. However, having read previous reviews, I already knew the car needed to be returned to P1 General Parking, along with a WhatsApp photo of the parking spot sent to the number on the contract. I called to double-check, and the lady who answered was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
Worth noting: the car must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
All in all, it was a refreshingly hassle-free experience — no pushy agents, no pressure to buy unnecessary upgrades or insurance add-ons. For 4 days of unlimited mileage, I paid just €86.40, which represented outstanding value. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fetajo Car Rental!
Todo perfecto con esta empresa, nunca falla para los viajes y siempre atentos.
I have rented from Fetajo multiple times now, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent a car in the area. The cars were always in pristine condition, and every staff member I’ve dealt with is friendly, professional, and accommodating.
A special shoutout to Tania for the lovely support, and a huge thank you to the entire team at the Fetajo Malaga Airport branch. Thank you all for consistently making my rental experience better than I could have imagined. I will definitely be renting with you again!
Great rental company; good communication – honest and straightforward. Good prices and cars in good condition. Thank you!
Wanted a car for a week. After doing my searches etc I decided to use Fetajo on recommendation and I was not disappointed. Easy to book online, easy to pick up and drop off, very competitive price. Staff in office very helpful and friendly.
