No, in no case the liability insurance covers it. If you wish to travel to Portugal, you should contact our offices in order to get the authorization with our insurances.
In case of the vehicle’s breakdown and if the vehicle is not in a condition to be driven, you must contact our Roadside Assistance at +34 935 202 270.
If you need to change your car or visit our offices, please call us at (Calahonda: +34 952 93 44 12, Riviera del Sol: +34 952 93 97 38 or +34 667 56 55 27).
We will send Roadside Assistance as soon as possible.
As long as you have contracted our Full insurance, the management of fines (30 €), excluding the payment of the traffic ticket, will be included in our coverage. If, on the contrary, you have not contracted our Full insurance, you will be responsible for the management cost of the fine (30 €) and of the payment of the traffic ticket.
Whenever you wish to rent with Fetajo Rent a Car, you must be at least 25 years and have at least 2 years experience of driving license. You need to bring along at the vehicle pickup the Original Documents, NO copies or photos of: ID or Passport, Driving license and Credit Card issued at the holder´s name. All up to date.
We confirm the car group (cars with similar technical characteristics) but not the model. You can put in observations the type of car you prefer and we will do our best to provide it if available.
You have to deliver the car on the place and time indicated on your contract or by our representative. In case of delays or schedules, please contact with us and we will rearrange the dropping time.
To extend your rental, you should call to our booking department, at least 24 hours before the expiry of the contract. It is necessary to avoid the expiration of the insurance that covers the rental period.
Yes, we accept cash, but it is essential to have a valid Credit Card, that belongs to the main holder of the contract as a security of the payment.

The customer is responsible to install and fit the additional accessories, according to the Spanish law. In case of an accident, the company does not assume any responsibilities for this installation.
