Noleggiata auto all'aeroporto di Malaga. Semplicemente perfetto. Auto nuovissima con pochi km. Personale gentilissimo ti aspetta all'aeroporto (a qualsiasi ora si arrivi – h 24) ti consegna l'auto con tutte le indicazioni. Riconsegna direttamente al parcheggio dell'aeroporto. Specifico che in caso di arrivo dopo le 22 si paga un supplemento di 25 €, ma è indicato nei termini del contratto.

We are here on vacation and requested a rental for one month. However, monthly rentals follow a completely different process, and this is not clearly stated anywhere. Once you log in to the website, you then have to identify yourself again in another section of the site, with no explanation at all. You cannot place an order until someone manually approves your file, and that approval can take several days.
Nothing is clearly explained. In the meantime, you are stuck in front of your computer with a message saying that vehicles cannot be reserved. We submitted our request on Thursday. It is now Saturday, and we have received absolutely no response from their service, despite calling them several times.
Each time, we are told that a manager or another department has to approve it, and that maybe it will happen on Monday or Tuesday. So that is already nearly a week of waiting just for validation, and then you still have to wait another 48 hours to get a vehicle.
In short, you should expect to wait 7 to 10 days to get a car. That is completely unacceptable, especially when you are on vacation. At that rate, the vacation will already be over before you even get the vehicle.
What is even more unbelievable is that after leaving a negative Google review, the approval was finally completed in less than an hour. But even after that, I still cannot place an order on the website because their system marks the vehicles as unavailable every time you click on one. And the worst part is that every single time, you have to enter everything all over again: names, surnames, passport details, and driver’s license numbers.
Honestly, the customer journey is unacceptable. Your services are now closed, we keep calling, and nobody answers. So now we are stuck waiting again until reopening at the beginning of next week.
