“Fantastic . Great price , including insurance , no hard selling but a very fair price when it's added on , much cheaper than other car hire companies .
Brilliant service , friendly staff .
Agent was waiting outside the airport arrivals door , a 30 second walk across to the car park where the car was waiting . Very quick check in , while I put my bag in the car and set up the satnav , the agent went to get the ticket to exit the car park. Decided to change drop off from airport to their office in Fuengirola , […]was very helpful in making the change .
I met […]on returning the car , good to put a friendly face to the emails .
All in all , a fantastic company who will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction . Definitely recommend and will continue using Fetajo whenever I fly into Málaga .

“I hire a car from you for at least 11 weeks each year for the last 10+ years. You kindly deliver the car to me at my home in Calahonda/Cabopino. For the last few years the Cars have been damaged on every single panel. I suspect that when a driver scratches a car you charge them a penalty for the damage. But decide not to repair the car. By the time I get this car it has not been repaired. I take out full insurance and I fear that because I do this you get the whole car repaired on my insurance. Thus you get to keep all the money from the all the knocks from other drivers. You used to give me nice condition cars. I have many friends a guests in Calahonda – that ask where do you get your hire car from. I could refer them to you but I fear you will send them a wreck. My car is the only one outside our apartments that is smashed to bits. All the ones collected from Airport companies have no visible damage. You can drive to nice hotels and restaurants in them without feeling embarrassed. Please stop this practice – the cars on your website do not show as damaged – they look new. That is what I want in future or I have to leave you.”

“Everything works smoothly and simple, the handover at the beginning as well as at the end. Nobody who wants to sell you an unnecessary drama 🎭 insurance or a more expensive car. However, I would appreciate a feedback at the end. Just a short note that everything is fine. I like it that I have the ordered model guaranteed. I prefer the Opel Corsa, which is a German quality car. With other companies you book a Corsa and get a Seat Ibiza or a French low quality car. These usually have problems climbing a moderate hill and do not really have a well defined gear shift. The cars are usually quite battered, but they drive very well. Fine for me. The staff is friendly. Nothing to complain about.”
