“Been a customer for many years, and very happy. But I was very disappointed to get a ridiculous quote of […] euros for 3 weeks in June. I checked this against Marbesol who quoted HALF that and told Fetajo- who then gave me a sensible quote. Poor way to treat long-standing customers. You nearly lost me and I hope it doesn’t happen again.”

“Dear Ludmila,
Dear Ludmila, Your colleague Tania Maria in Calahonda solved the problem by giving me another car so they could check the origin of the problem.
I’m happy about the way the problem was solved and please thank Tania Maria.
Thank You also!”
