“Being a long standing customer i was disappointed with my latest experience. Having walked some distance to your Calahonda office to collect my second hiring. We had an issue with my driving license which resulted in an extra long walk back both ways. Further disappointment followed when i was asked to pay a minuscule amount fuel charge on returning the car. I always respect your vehicle’s and i am not one to abuse privileges, not what i expect from your company”
