“The communiciation is very bad. We were not informed about where we could pick up the car en also not how to drop it off later. It took us hours. At the car rental we were told to look for people with green hads in the arrival hal. Drop off was also very complicated. When i called the information desk i got an answering machine talking Spanish.. It was horrifying….”

“Most of things works ok, front desk service is very good and helpful. Only one thing worried us. After long waiting for our car (were told 5 mins but it was more than 20mins) we noticed a small scratch on a bumper and asked to check how it happened. They tried to check and we received some photos, but they could not find the moment when they did it or somebody did it to our car. That's quite surprising. What was more wired they suggested it didn't happen on their facility despite our photos done there… Till the end they didn't provide the photo of our car before we left the parking… That is why one star is less”
