“Pick up was smooth and easy and car was perfect for my group. However returning the car was a absolute nightmare with no representation from the company no clear instruction as to where to park the car and no one from the company available by phone or at the Airport. Needless to say this caused no end of stress and upset and we eventually had to leave the car in a carpark of our choice and left the keys with another car hire representative as we were in danger of missing our flight back home.”

“Your vebsite is OK, but the Swedish page is not in swedish – but in suomi (finnish) language.
The total sum I will pay is not very clear: – The discount (10%) ? is not visible for me, and the insurance of my choise (= only basic insurance) is not visible on my confirmation.

“[…]I have been a customer of Fetajo for many years now . Having used various other companies previously, I find the service to be far better in providing a much more satisfactory experience all round. Firstly the office staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with over the years have been very helpful, efficient and professional .
I find the benefit of being met at the airport so much more pleasant than the transfer to other companies off site locations especially following many hours of travel. The vehicles are always in very good condition . I very much appreciate the company's fuel policy, which is very fair.
Sincere thanks and appreciation to one and all.”

“Hola, this was a very good service at a competitive price. Pick up and drop off process the simplest ever process, compared to 6 years of experience with Goldcar! Well done, and we’ll be booking again for our 4 trips a year.”
