“Always fast and easy to rent a car from fetajo. Easy via internet with pick up and drop off at the airport. Nice welcome and very good prices. Wish more cars were with automatic transmission.”

“Booking Reference […]
I have always been very satisfied with Fetajo but this booking is the exception. . I sent an email to […] on November 13 saying that I had to cancel it because of a hospital appointment. As I did not receive confirmation that the email had been received, I sent it again on November 16 to […] and […]. On November 22, I sent the email again and added: "This morning, I heard two messages left on my mobile phone answering service from a member of your staff yesterday evening. He was at Málaga airport and wanted to know where I was. This should not have happened and it is not my fault. I cancelled this booking on November 13 and sent you a reminder on November 16. Please reply. I have to go into hospital tomorrow." I still have not received a response from Fetajo.

“Even if I could not have a Fiesta as I had asked, the car was good. I don't remember its name. Opel?
What was the model?
