“I have rented cars at Fetajo several times. It has always been a very smooth process and very swift and really good service. One time I got a problem with the car and they helped me and sorted out the problem quick and provided me with a much better rental car :-). When I go to my apartment in Spain, Fetajo is always the first car rental company of my choice.”

“I did not order with you recently. I tried to, but your prices are now ridiculously high so I will not be ordering with you again. I have found a better supplier. I was a loyal customer of yours for years and referred others to you. Never again! If you go into social media groups you will see others are saying the same about you. So your profits might be good this year but when things return to normal you will probably find a lot of your past loyal customers have gone elsewhere. Also I used to email […] and she responded immediately. Now your team respond a week later! Not a good service”
