“I am based in the UK and there was a lot of back/forth over e-mail initially to book the car but once everything was confirmed the process was very smooth. We met our representative easily at the airport in Malaga and able to pay on arrival. The car was cleaned to a high standard when it arrived. We had no issues with the car for the two weeks we were away and the airport drop-off was really smooth. I would definitely use Fetajo again and recommend to family and friends.”

“I have used this company now for many years and always had 5* service and always highly recommended them however on this last hire for the 8 seater van the experience wasn’t quite so good. My contract also included two toddler car seats for my 18 month old and 3 year old grandchildren. On arrival at Malaga airport the car seats were not suitable. The seats were not fitted safely in the car and the straps were all twisted which meant we could not strap the children in safely for our journey. We had no option but to accept this and continued on our way to get to our destination. During our 30 minute journey to my apartment there was a strong smell of diesel. We dropped bags off and quickly went shopping for food and also bought 2 new baby car seats of our own. The diesel smell was continuous and we had lost a quarter of a tank of fuel by this time.
We returned to Fetajo office, Riviera the next day to return the baby seats as unsuitable and asked for a new replacement 8 seater.
[…] in the office was very helpful and arranged a replacement vehicle the next day. I asked for a refund on the two baby seats but this was never received.”

I'v been rent a car several times from your company and sometimes from some another company. I need to say, your cars and peoples are a best. But sometimes prices are too high for me.
I have some ideas to help you to have more customer perspective pricing.
* when pick up from your location
* drop off airport, I could take your man/woman to same car from Fuengirola when drive to airport. If that make it easier to you. Then you have immediate refund. No payment at airport parking, no waiting not anything. It's not a big deal for customer who will make that refund.
I'v been visiting in Fuengirola almost 20 times and over a half of them I'v been had a car.
And that will be happen in future also.
My next travel is 10.-24.9 and next after that will be at November”
