“Ho trovato questa ditta per caso e leggendo le recensioni ho deciso di noleggiare l 'auto qui..Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto ,c'era una persona ad aspettarci che ci ha accompagnati alla macchina senza fare code e per la riconsegna l'abbiamo lasciata nel parcheggio perché fuori orario .Non cercano scuse per addebitarti soldi. .In conclusione sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto e se dovessi tornare in Andalusia sicuramente noleggerei l'auto da loro.”

“My wife and I picked the car up at Malaga Airport the front tyre had a bubble on the side wall potential death trap and no other car available so we were told we had to drive from the airport to Cabopino in this car very slow it made my wife very nervous and unhappy granted to was replaced in the following days but this car should have never been released for rental and more thorough checks should be made.”

“The rental car had driven almost […] and was in super bad shape. 6 times we had to go by a gas station to put air in the left front tire, breaks were noisy and air coming from AC had a bad smell. Alarm shown that filter needed to be changed. Car had many dents and scratches. Actually we were embarrased to drive it”

For first-time customers, however, it would be great with a map/written instructions on where to park the car/how exactly to get there/follow these signs etc.
When reserving the car before our trip, on your website, it was difficult to understand what to write in the field "ID/Passport". I wrote "Passport" instead of my passportnumber. This caused en IT-fault which led to my order/reservation being sent to another client. You should underline that you are after the passportnumber. Easier to understand, help prevent faults and misuderstandings.”
