“It was very nice corresponding with you before the booking, and also the person who handed us the car at the airport was very nice. What could be improved is to let your customers know clearly that you do not have to go to the car rental section on Malaga airport, but that there is someone waiting when leaving the arrivals hall. We were confused for half an hour and couldn't call the office because it was closed on Sunday.”
