“Fantastic experience! Jose was there waiting for us, we had a speedy and efficient handover of a great quality car. Drop off at the end of our holiday was also very simple. It is the second time we have hired a car from Fetajo and both times it has been an excellent service. Would highly recommend them.”

“I booket a big car for 3 weeks for a family of 5 with luggage. When we arrived at the airport, the car intended for us was broken. We then got offered a smaller car which meant we could not fit all the luggage. So we had to pay for a taxi to our hotel for some of the luggage. We still were charged the same as for the intended bigger rental car. I asked about who should pay for the taxi. You told me that you would call us back the next day with more information and you promised to come to my hotel the next day to switch the cars back. The first call I received from you was after 19 days, telling me that I could come and switch the cars. But I had to come to your office myself. I fully understand that cars can break down, but you should not make customers take the consequences for it. I did not get what I paid for with no discount offer, and I had to use my own time and money to fix the problem.”
