“I have used Fetajo for over 20years.
The pick up and drop off arrangements are excellent.
Cars supplied were always good quality and fairly new – however recently I have noticed that the cars are not as good as they were – some are , some are not.
Also there is a lot of competition in the hire car hire market and you do need to be a bit more competitive- , your prices have risen more than your competitors and that is now making me consider my future options”

“Fetajo was overall a great experience. We was greeting at arrivals by their staff and directed to our vehicle. Both my family and my wife’s family both had ordered Nissan Qashqai’s and were relieved to see we both had them as expected, unlike other car hire firms I have used, where you don’t end up with an exact match.
The car was clean and worked amazing for what we needed.
Only negative I would have is it wasn’t very clear where to return the vehicle at the end. By the time a family member had been able to contact Fetajo we had done a few circuits of the airports various car parks with no sign of branding for them either. Once we decided to park in the medium stay and continue trying to get into contact via WhatsApp (as phone line wasn’t being answered) but whilst we were in the terminal I was asked to return to the vehicle to open the windows and drop the key through the window).
Not the biggest issue, just would be helpful being clear on an email or documentation. Otherwise very impressed with Fetajo and I would definitely use them again (especially now I know where to drop the car off).”
