“The pick-up was a bit late and I paid for some child seats which were not in the car upon renting it. Due to the specific features of the pick-up (somebody from the agency driving in the airport), it would have been impractical to fix the matter without delaying further our trip. However, I wasn't offered any cash compensation for that, only a voucher for the next, unlikely, time.”

“For the last 4 years I am always using Fetajo rent a car when visiting Spain from Canada. Very happy with their services and everyone of the Fetaho team is kind and friendly with me. Especially I would like to mention […] (he is with canadian roots) who is always helping me with any queries I have.”
