“You provide an excellent personal service. Airport pick up and drop offs work extremely well. It saves so much time and you are always there even if flight is delayed. “A company of two families rented two cars. One of them had a fault and had to be returned within an hour. Unfortunately, no replacement vehicle was available, so I had to drive my colleague to another Fetajo office to pick up a smaller car. As a result, our trip for nine people was delayed by two hours. The compensation offered was that one car would not need to be refueled, valued at €[…] . This equals roughly €[…] per hour per person, which does not reflect the value of our lost vacation time. We believe a fair resolution would be to provide one car for the entire day completely free of charge.”
