Meeting at the airport was straight forward and easy to find the employee in his green top. We got took straight to the car where drop off instructions were given and left to go on our way.
No problems at all with the nice clean car we had except on the last day we got up to come back to the airport and found someone had hit the front end of the car – parked in a correct space in Alora public car park.
We phoned Fetajo a few times to report it and seek advice as to whether we need to report it to the police etc but didnt get any answer so we took photos and headed to the airport as we needed to catch our flight.
Tried to call a few more times on our way and also messaged them photos and information via Whatsapp which they had seen but didnt acknowledge.
We had taken out the full insurance so wasnt to worried about any charges but would have liked some acknowledgement to my message. We then left the car at the airport and again, sent a picture of the bay we had left it in and not heard anything since and no charges applied (which i wasnt expecting anyway)
Id recommend this company and definatly use them again as the hole process was smooth and easy.

Abbiamo scelto la formula con la copertura assicurativa completa e devo dire che oltre ad essere stati soddisfatti del noleggio il prezzo è stato assolutamente ragionevole e competitivo. Ritiro dell' auto disponibile all'arrivo in aeroporto e riconsegna in autonomia con precise indicazioni e istruzioni. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente

Super ervaring met dit verhuurbedrijf. Je komt aan op Malaga airport en daar staat iemand van hun klaar. Deze neemt je mee naar buiten waar de auto proper en in orde klaarstaat. Deze man steekt zelfs je reiskoffers in de wagen. Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit zonder verassingen. Je krijgt de wagen met een volle tank en je brengt hem terug binnen met een volle tank. Als je online boekt krijg je een korting en als je dan een klein bedrag per dag meer betaald zijn er zelfs geen excessen meer in geval van een ongeval of iets anders. Bij het terug naar België gaan moesten we de wagen gewoon in de parkeergarage op de luchthaven achterlaten met de sleutel in de wagen en een sms sturen waar hij staat. Wij hadden een VW T-Cross gereserveerd als gegarandeerd model. Een dag voor vertrek kreeg ik telefoon dat deze wagen niet voorradig was en dat we een upgrade kregen als we aankomen. De upgrade was een wagen die dubbel zoveel kostte dan wat wij hebben betaald. De upgrade was natuurlijk gratis voor ons. Met andere woorden is dit een topbedrijf met fijne wagens aan een democratische prijs en zonder verassingen. Een absolute aanrader !!! 👏👏👍.

I have given my flight number, but maybe because the flight was late, there was nobody at the airport. After some telephone calls I got a different car. After my holiday I got a speeding ticket of a strange car, but after some telephone calls, I have not heard about it anymore. Otherwise everything was ok.

Outstanding service. On the surface not the cheapest but factor in insurance extras and it's very competitive. Pick up and return is very easy and staff very helpful. I'm about to start my third hire from this company – highly recommend.

Rien a dire sur ce loueur de voiture, tout était parfait,on vous attend à l aéroport, vous repartez dessuite avec la voiture, pas de chichis,puis au retour vous la laissez au parking de l aéroport. Pas d arnaque.je recommande à 100%

Very good and reliable car rental in malaga airport. They dont have any Office at the airport. But they have pepole waiting for you at the time of arrivals. They handover the vehicle to you within 1-2 min. Car was in good condition. Person from the Company should get 5star. He is so pålite and very help full even he offered to help with the baggage.we rented for 11days.
Remember to get full insurance and pay online.
When leaving park the car in the car park and follw the instruction given by the Company and proceed to the airport.
I will rent from them in the future
